Joining the Scarlet Note Worship Team is more than sharing your musical gifts. It’s about building community, growing together, and serving with purpose. We want to make sure every step is intentional as we get to know you and discover how we can serve together.
Let us see your gift
We’d love to see and hear what you bring to the table! Please share a video recording of yourself singing or playing your instrument. Having a visual recording allows us to experience your musical gift and see you performing firsthand.
No need for professional equipment or fancy production. A simple video recorded on your phone is perfect! Our goal is simply to get to know your sound, your style, and the gift you could bring to Scarlet Note.
Team review
Our worship team will review your submission together. Once the review is complete, we’ll reach out by email to share the next steps and communicate our decision.
Join us for rehearsal
If moving forward is a good fit, we’ll invite you to join us for a worship team rehearsal. This is an opportunity to connect with the team, experience our culture, and make music together.
Serve during trial Sundays
Following rehearsal, you’ll have the opportunity to serve alongside the team for a few trial Sundays. This allows everyone to become familiar with one another and helps us prayerfully determine the right fit before confirming an ongoing place on the team.
