A church built on relationships
Relationships are at the heart of Scarlet Note.
Scarlet Note is a non-denominational church in New Castle, Delaware. Since 2017, people of different ages, backgrounds, and cultures have gathered here to follow Jesus and build life together.

There’s a place for you
More than another face in the room.
We may not be the largest church you’ve ever walked into. What matters most to us is that when you walk through our doors, you feel seen, welcomed, and invited into real relationships.
- Room for your questions.
- Room for your family.
- Room for your story.
A place to become KNOWN HERE.
Life together
More than Sunday.
We believe church should be more than something you attend on Sunday. It should be a community where people pray with you, celebrate with you, walk with you through difficult seasons, and grow alongside you.
As our church grows, we want to hold on to the closeness that makes Scarlet Note feel like home.
Being known takes time together. A conversation after worship, a group gathering, or serving alongside someone can be the beginning.

Our purpose stays personal.
Our mission and vision guide how we welcome guests, teach Scripture, serve families, and care for our neighbors.
Our relationships are rooted in following Jesus—learning to love, pray, forgive, and care for one another.
Our vision
Redefine your church experience—one that values the closeness, freedom, and comfort found in a community-focused church.
Our values in practice
How we care for people.
Seven principles shape how guests, children, volunteers, and teammates experience Scarlet Note.
01Everyone is worth it
Guests and volunteers should feel, see, and hear their worth.
02Excellence over convenience
We prepare thoughtfully and choose faithful stewardship over the easiest option.
03People before policy
Shared values guide how we treat people, even when a process needs flexibility.
04Be the hands and feet of God
We extend our Father’s compassion to one another, the local church, and the world.
05Protect our teammates
We preserve and guard the dignity and integrity of the people who serve beside us.
06Every child will lead someday
We treat every child with respect, care, and belief in their future.
07Shared values before preferences
We place the culture and values of the team above individual preferences.
