Prayer requests and sensitive information
Prayer requests may contain sensitive personal information. Please share only information you are comfortable providing. For a sensitive concern, call the church to discuss how to connect with a pastor before sharing details.

Scarlet Note may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email delivery, forms, analytics, church management, and communications.

Children’s information
Parents and guardians should provide information about children only when necessary for a ministry request, visit, or care need. Children should not submit personal information without a parent or guardian.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for ministry, legal, safety, and operational purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@scarletnote.org.
